Our Leadership
The Association of Arab Businesses of British Columbia (AABBC) will be lead by a Board of Directors, which must adhere to the criteria hereby set:
The board shall consist of exactly five members
Decisions agreed upon by a voting majority of (3) directors shall be implemented
The board may not include more than (3) persons of the same gender
The board must include 1 active student recommended
The board must include 1 person above the age of 45 years
All directors must be reside in the province of British Columbia for a minimum of six months per year
For a new director to be instated, they must undergo an interview with all (5) board members and receive a voting majority as outlined in clause 2
